P RE-P L A YG ROUP & P L A YG ROUP

This week, our Preplay and Playgroup classes embarked on an exciting journey into the world
of Community Helpers! Through interactive Show and Tell activities, the children
enthusiastically dressed up and role-played as different essential workers who helped make our

world a better place.

From doctors taking care of our health to firefighters who bravely put out fires, the children

eagerly explored the roles of various community helpers. They learned about chefs who cook
delicious meals, construction workers who build houses, lawyers who help people understand
the law, soldiers who protect our country, and teachers who help us learn and grow. Police
officers who keep us safe were also a favourite among the children!

Through discussions, storytelling, and hands-on activities, the children discovered how each
community helper plays an essential role in our daily lives. They eagerly identified the uniforms,
tools, and responsibilities of each profession.

This enriching experience expanded their understanding of the world and encouraged
imaginative play, communication skills, and teamwork as they shared their knowledge. It was
truly heartwarming to see their excitement and curiosity come to life!

We are so proud of our little learners for enthusiastically embracing this theme, and we look
forward to more engaging learning adventures!
