        Water is essential for completing the cleans-
        ing process. Because:

        - Water helps remove remaining waste and
        bacteria
        - Water reduces irritation and discomfort

        - Water prevents infections and diseases

        How to Wipe, Rinse and Flush



        Follow  these  simple  steps  to  ensure  you’re
        cleansing properly:



        1. Wipe yourself with toilet paper to remove any
        visible waste

        2.  Rinse  yourself  with  water  to  remove  any  re-
        maining bacteria and waste

        3. Flush the toilet paper


        Tips and Reminders




        - Be gentle when wiping
        -Use clean and enough water for rinsing

        -  Wash  your  hands  thoroughly  with  soap  and
        water after using the restroom

        - Make wiping, rinsing and flushing a habit!


      Cleansing after using the restroom is key to hy-
      giene.  Wipe,  rinse,  and  flush  to  stay  clean  and

      prevent illness.
