t was my first time watching a Regent Second-

ary Glee competition. I’d seen the impressive
I standard of other events here, so I expected
something good, but this went far beyond anything
I could have imagined. The talent, energy, and cre-
ativity on display were absolutely stunning.

The competition, held on Thursday, 5th December, is

a highlight of the school calendar. It brings the year
to a close with a celebration of music, passion, and
teamwork. This year, the event featured three cat-
egories: The Whole House Song, The Solo, and The
Group Song. Each offered something unique, but
the solo performances, introduced for the first time,
were unforgettable. They revealed raw emotion and
sheer talent that left the audience captivated.

Every performance, whether it was a lively group
04 19 24 number or a quiet, heartfelt solo, told a story. The

students brought so much more than just their voic-
es to the stage. There was an undeniable sense of
effort and creativity behind every act, with each one
