 Our adventure took us to a place where our brain needed some exercise by doing some brain gym!
 Brain Gym is a set of body movements that aims to connect the body and the mind into doing an ac-
 tion. The aim is to stimulate the use of the cerebral section through physical and mental strategies and

 improve and strengthen cognitive functions to learn.
 At first, these movements and activities seemed easy to perform; however, the children found them ex-
 citing yet challenging when they got to it.
 You can do a few brain gym exercises with your child, including rubbing your tummy and tapping your
 head simultaneously. Another example is holding writing material in both hands and writing numbers
 or letters or drawing shapes simultaneously. This is called a double doodle. Lastly, joggling two or more
 objects is another fantastic brain gym activity. Give it a try!
