MEET OUR SENIOR PREFECTS HEAD BOY’S AND HEAD GIRL’S ADDRESS
he moment my name was announced, the cheers and ap-
Tplause filled the room, and I could hardly hear any-
thing else. As I walked to the stage, I remembered being
in Reception, dreaming of one day becoming the leader of the
school — and at that moment, my dream had finally come true.
When Mr Shaun pinned the badge onto my shirt, I felt both
pride and the weight of responsibility that came with it. I knew
this was more than just an honour — it was a commitment to
JOSHUA ARARAUME
lead by example and serve my school community faithfully.
HEAD BOY
I understand that many will now look up to me as a mentor and role
model. I promise to do my best, to be kind, respectful, and responsible,
and to never disappoint those who have placed their trust in me.
It all began with an email sent to my dad — the message
JOSHUA ARARAUME VERONICA OYIBA MARK that started this unforgettable journey. On the day of the in-
vestiture, I was both nervous and excited, my heart racing

and my mind filled with wonder about what was to come.
When Mrs Osho announced the position of Deputy Head Girl and my name
wasn’t called, I suddenly felt a spark of hope and joy. And when I finally
heard my name announced as Head Girl, I could hardly believe it! Walk-
ing up to receive my badge was one of the happiest moments of my life.
VERONICA OYIBA From reading that first email to hugging my mum and dad after the cer-

emony, every moment felt magical. This role means so much to me, and
HEAD GIRL
I promise to serve with all my heart — to lead with kindness, integrity,
and dedication, and to make a positive difference in our school com-
munity.
