Dr. Maiyaki has a strong commitment to the well-being of the less priv-
ileged. She is the pioneer Medical Director of FOMWAN Hospital Kadu-
na, a non-profit centre offering various specialities, including surgical
interventions. She is also the Chairman of Badr Nabi Foundation, which
focuses on feeding programs for vulnerable communities in Nigeria, in

partnership with Dangote Foundation, helping in Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi,
and Katsina States.

During her two terms as Chair of FoRSS, she championed programs that
positively impacted orphans and the LEA School Mabushi.
