The music room was excited as the children played the piano, blending their tunes with songs.
They touched and became proficient with every key on the piano one by one. Playing the piano
demands precise finger movements and coordination between hands. Practising these move-
ments improves fine motor skills, essential for writing, drawing, and using small objects.
Learning the layout of the keyboard introduces children to essential music theory concepts such
as pitch, melody, and rhythm in a hands-on way. It provides a fun and interactive approach to de-
veloping a foundation in music education while also enhancing their overall development.
