It is common to encounter students with diverse learning needs in an educational
environment. Some students struggle with specific learning disabilities, while others face
challenges acquiring a new language. Within this framework, the Special Educational Needs
(SEN) department plays an essential and critical role in addressing the educational disparities
among students. This department ensures that all learners have equitable opportunities to
succeed and flourish in their academics.
SEN teachers provide direct, focused interventions to address specific learning needs
involving one-on-one or small group instruction, using specialized resources and tools, and
providing consistent reinforcement and feedback.
