his edition of The Regent Digest brings you highlights
from key events and activities that shaped the final
weeks of Term 2. From sportsmanship to celebration,
T reflection to inspiration, we’ve captured moments that
define the Regent experience.

The four Houses faced off in an intense Inter-House Basketball
Competition, showcasing not just athletic ability, but teamwork,
grit, and House spirit. Energy ran high, and the competition left us
with memories worth reliving.

We also spotlight Feel Good Friday—a joyful initiative centred on
wellness, positivity, and community connection. It brought colour
and cheer to our campus and served as a great reminder of the
importance of balance in our daily lives.

In Alumni Corner, we welcome back a familiar face who shares
reflections on life after Regent. Their story is filled with encour-
agement and insight for all students navigating their present
and dreaming about their future.

And of course, we shine a light on The Regent College, where stu-
dents continue to grow, learn, and stretch beyond their comfort
zones. Every term has its own flavour, and this one has been full
of lessons both inside and outside the classroom.
