Safeguarding Seminar

Our staff recently took part in a Safeguarding Refresher Training to strengthen their knowledge
and awareness of how best to keep children safe. The session helped staff to recognise possible
signs that a child may need support, reminded them how to respond sensitively and appropri-
ately, and reinforced the importance of always following the right steps when concerns arise. It
also looked at new areas of risk, such as online safety, peer relationships, and children’s mental
health. Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do, and this training ensures that all staff
remain vigilant and confident in protecting the wellbeing of every child in our care.
