      Every child is unique, with their own strengths and areas for growth. Having taught students in
      the previous academic year, teachers carefully observed and identified these qualities. During

      transition meetings—coordinated by the respective Key Stage Leaders—teachers share their in-
      sights and discuss each child’s needs.


      This collaborative process ensures that students are placed in classes where teachers can best
      support and strengthen their academic journey. In this way, we remain committed to providing a
      truly holistic education for every learner.
