As is our tradition at Abuja Prep, the First Bell Ceremony marked the official kickoff of the new
academic year. The school community gathered to be addressed by Mr. Michael Murray, our new Head
of School, alongside members of the school leadership team. In his remarks, Mr. Murray introduced
himself and shared his commitment to visiting every classroom—a promise that brought smiles and
excitement to our students as they warmly received him.
A highlight of the ceremony was the unveiling of our stunning new playground. The ribbon was cut by
Lasyaa Sri Neelan, while Sophia proudly rang the first bell, signaling the start of the 2025/2026
academic session.
What a memorable way to begin the year!
