Year 3

year 2 immersion

This week in our Nigeria Studies class, the year 2 students delved into the concept of a
democratic process. A key activity we engaged in was the election of the Class Pupil Council.

Interested students took turns campaigning in their classes, presenting their manifestos to their
peers, in a bid to win votes. Everyone
participated in the democratic process,
casting votes for the council members.

The winners were announced after their
votes were counted by the election officials.
It was a fun and educational experience,

giving the students a hands-on lesson on
