CHASING GROWTH

n January 17, 2025, I was honoured to be on
the accolades list. I felt a mix of tension and
Ofear, but mostly, I was thrilled. Even though
this wasn’t my first award, it felt like a brand-new
achievement.

Uju-Barth Chizaram, Year 9 Benue, On Her I didn’t get the top spot in my year group, but that

is that I’m not focused on being first; I want to be
the best I can be.

comfort in knowing that my efforts are about per-
sonal growth and making a difference. Whether I

place first or fifth, what matters most is the pas-
sion I bring to what I do and the journey I take
