Immersion activities are crucial in enhancing our literacy learning journey, as they
help bring stories to life for children. This half-term, the Year 2 students are exploring
traditional tales, and they had an incredible time delving into the story of Baba Yaga
and the Black Geese. The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience, engaging with
the narrative in a fun and interactive way. These activities spark their imagination and
deepen their understanding of a story’s themes and characters.
