HOPE The School Council reached out to sick women and children in six (6) general hospitals here in Abuja. All thanks to the
TOGETHER WE SHARED HOPE
donations made by parents, friends and well wishers. We shared the total sum of three million naira (N3,000,000)
to 150 sick people in these hospitals.
RESTORED
We were able to donate the sum of N500,000 to Zara_Unscripted Foundation for the treatment of a surviving set of twins
out of the triplet birthed by their sick Mother. We also donated the sum of N750,000 to the Givers Supportive Foundation,
for the surgery of the 15yrs old boy battling with Craniofacial Fibrous Dysplasia (CFD) cancer of the mouth.
Another donation of N500,000 was made to the Maitama District Hospital for the health and treatment of the twins in the
Emergency Paediatric Unit (EPU). This set of twins had holes on their heads as a result of defect during birth. Their mother
died after their birth.
Other major donations made to sick people at the National Hospital Abuja, included the sum of N400,000 for the treat-
ment of a 4-year-old female with a tumour of the right eye (retinoblastoma). Next, N400,000 was donated for the treat-
ment of a 9months old boy patient with liver cancer (hepatoblastoma). Another beneficiary of N400,000, is a 5yr old
female with leukaemia still at the National hospital Abuja. A 6-year-old girl also received N400,000 for the treatement
of leukaemia. We supported a 12-year-old girl with kidney cancer (Nephroblastoma) with the sum of N400,000 for her
treatement.
BEFORE AFTER Finally, we supported cancer patients under the care of Okapi Children Cancer Foundation with the sum of N200,000.
