APS Under-9 Team Shines at Regent Secondary School Football Tournament
The recent football tournament at Regent Secondary School saw two teams from

Abuja Preparatory School (APS)—the Under-9 and Under-11 squads—compete
with great skill and sportsmanship.

The APS Under-9 team stood out by securing 3rd place and winning the bronze

medal. Their teamwork, focus, and determination helped them rise above tough
competition. The young players showed resilience and composure, earning
well-deserved recognition for their strong performances.

While the Under-11 team also played well. The Under-9 squad’s growth and ad-
aptability throughout the tournament impressed coaches and spectators. Their
achievement is a testament to the hard work of both the players and their coaches.

The APS community is proud of the Under-9 team’s success, and we look for-
ward to more achievements in future tournaments. Congratulations to the players,
coaches, and families for their support!
