Week
nglish Week which began on March
29th and ended on May 3rd, was an
E engaging celebration of literature and
creativity. The week began with the Ro
Sham Bo competition, an event that brought
ZHAAFIRAH INUWA the entire school together in a spirited game
| YEAR 10 BENUE of rock-paper-scissors.
Each participant started with a ribbon, and
the aim was to play and win as many games
as possible to collect more ribbons. I started
strong, winning almost all my games, and
ended up with about five ribbons. However, I
experienced a setback, losing four along the
way and ending the day with just one.
The finals took place in the dining hall during
lunch, where participants with the most rib-
bons battled it out. Congratulations to Somto,

SHAM The first day of English Week also had our En-
glish classes transformed into game centers.
Each class offered a variety of games, rang-
BO ing from Scrabble to Hangman, puzzles, and
charades.
