           Who can you talk to?

           and want to help.
        •   The DSL or DDSL: In our school, they are

           Mrs Janet and Mrs Kudumi. These
               professionals can provide support and
             guidance
        •  A friend: Sometimes talking to a friend can
           be helpfuland guidance.
