express happiness when they see their children eat
P healthily. On a larger scale, what do you think of a
situation where someone eats to make somebody, some
people somewhere, happy?
The Mufti Day/Cupcake Sale last Friday in the school was
an example of such an ‘eat to make someone happy’
situation. The students gleefully came together to sell,

charity. At the end of the day, it is a win-win because
the students were happy, and the beneficiaries of the
event would also be happy. You may as well share in the
happiness as you flip to pages 14-17
As part of preparing the Year 11 cohort for the future, the
School’s usual leadership bootcamp was held recently.
You might not have been there, but you can still get a
good feel of it when you turn to pages 6-9
World Mental Health Day was held on 10th October 2025,
and The Regent Secondary School participated in the
celebration, involving both staff and students. Find the
highlights on pages 10-13
The Medical Corner this week teaches how to snack
smart. Please learn on pages 20-21. Opening the pages
