 PLA Y GR OUP

During Continuous Provision, the pre-playgroup and playgroup children engaged in various ac-
tivities such as fixing puzzles, lacing, painting, roleplaying, and reading storybooks.
Children enjoy Continuous Provision sessions as they move around the class, making choices of
varied activities they would like to complete.

It fosters a sense of autonomy and decision-making skills at the children’s pace, encouraging their
 curiosity and creativity.
Children develop and refine varied skills during continuous provision, including cognitive, motor,
social, and emotional skills. Teachers adapt and modify the activities based on children’s interests,

developmental needs, and emerging themes, promoting flexibility and responsiveness in the learn-
 ing environment.
