Dorcas Eghonghon Fidelis-Makundu is a
results-driven administrative professional
with experience across administration,
customer service, student recruitment, and
admissions processing. She has a proven
ability to drive operational efficiency,
maintain accurate records, support
regulatory compliance, and provide
exceptional service in both corporate and

academic environments.

Dorcas joined The Regent College in March
2025, as the Marketing and Admissions
Manager. She leads the development and
execution of marketing strategies, student
recruitment efforts, and the admissions
process.

Rachael Onotse Atuah is an accomplished
accountant with over two years of
experience in financial reporting, analysis,
and process improvement. She joined The
Regent College in January 2025 to serve as
Bursar, where she has strengthened
financial operations, improved reporting
accuracy, and streamlined payment
processes. Her expertise in QuickBooks,
Microsoft Office, and data analysis has
contributed to greater transparency and

efficiency in managing school finances.

Rachael holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and is
pursuing ICAN certification. She is known
for her strong analytical skills, excellent
