written by different authors. Here are a
few examples of Author Study they did in
Grade IV.

Elisabetta Maria Dami was born in Elisabetta Maria
Milan, Italy on 1st January 1958. She is 64
years old. She is the author of the Geronimo
Stilton series. She writes children's literature Dami
books. Her father is Piero Dami.

Interesting Facts
At the age of 19 she began to write her
first stories. She has assisted sick children as
a volunteer ever since she was young and this
experience led to the idea of writing adventure
stories featuring a mouse. Geronimo Stilton
stories have been translated into 49 different
languages.She gets inspiration from traveling.
