Secara keseluruhannya, bagi tahun 2020, sebanyak 11,302 aduan dan pertanyaan telah diterima.
Daripada jumlah ini, sebanyak 9,392 aduan/pertanyaan diterima melalui saluran aduan telefon.
Berdasarkan statistik penerimaan aduan yang direkodkan pada tahun 2020, terdapat peningkatan
sebanyak 3,908 aduan (52.9%) jika dibandingkan pada tahun 2019 (Jumlah aduan pada tahun 2019:
7,394). Selain daripada itu, Jabatan juga menerima aduan daripada Biro Pengaduan Awam dan Sistem
Pengurusan Aduan Awam (SISPAA).
In total, for the year 2020, a total of 11,302 complaints and inquiries were received. Of these, 9,392
complaints/inquiries were received via telephone. Based on the complaint receipt statistics recorded
in 2020, there is an increase of 3,908 complaints (52.9%) compared to 2019 (Total complaints in 2019:
7,394). Apart from that, the Department also received complaints from the Public Complaints Bureau
and the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA).
