said, ‘We cannot solve a problem with the level of awareness that
created the problem in the first place’ It is obvious that getting other
knowledgeable people to help you out will help you get there
faster. I am not saying this so that you engage me to help you with
it. I have limited time and space but if you can get other credible
coaches to help you; you may achieve a quicker result. So, this is
how to do it yourself but for more resources, check for our
seminars and workshop where we do this fully with other people.
Get a notepad and a pen.
Write a story of where you are in life in every area of your life not
more than one page.

• Make a list of your current good attributes from the story
• Make a list of your current inadequate attributes that may be
stopping you
• Write a story of your dreams and what exactly it would look like
to have already achieved them
• Make a list of good attributes that would fast track you to those
dreams
• Make a list of attributes that you must change to achieve your
dreams

The transformation process is taking these inadequate attributes
and turning them around.
Create a vision board of your dreams in colourful photos

Mind movies - you can put together a movie of your dream life with
you inside it

Write your goals and be specific with the timeframe to get them
Review every morning and evening before bed.
Visualize your dream life in detail every morning and evening to
see yourself exactly the way you want to be.
Let me share with you quickly how I have used visualization to get
most of my results in life. I was a teacher in a village with little
qualifications and no direction of what to do with my life. I have
