Welcome to Community Interest
Classes are continually modified to meet the changing needs of our community and intended to enhance and enrich our students’ lives and promote life-long learning. Classes range from Physical Fitness (e.g. Yoga, Zumba and Fencing) to Art, Music, Cooking, Home Art, Language and Special Interets classes. Fun, affordable classes for your personal enrichment! Yoga Made Easy
Gentle, non-athletic poses. Suitable for beginners. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring yoga mat or towel. Optional: bring a yoga strap, yoga block, firm pillow to sit on or yoga blanket. No class on 11/24.
Zumba
Zumba® made easy for the beginner. Enjoy dance fitness choreography with Latin and international rhythms. No partner required. Come join the party! No class on 11/23.

Zumba Toning
Join Rie’s Zumba Toning class and end your work day on a happy, fun note. Combine Latin and international rhythms in an effective workout to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health. Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having fun. Zumba toning sticks and hand weights will be available for your use in class. No class on 11/23.

Afternoon Yoga
Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some, it may be physical — keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, it may be more of a mindset and a way of living. Whatever your reason, you will benefit from this beginner yoga class. We will be practicing gentle to more athletic poses and you will gain flexibility and strength in your everyday living. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or any other items which you may already have; we will be discussing other options in class. Bring a water bottle.

Tri-YOGA
TriYoga is a complete hatha yoga method, the union of posture, breath and focus.
Each level prepares the student for the next as flexibility, strength, endurance, and knowledge of the yoga postures increase. Benefits of the TriYoga Practice include developing a supple spine and a dynamic nervous system, and awakening positive qualities such as emotional balance and mental clarity. Bring a yoga mat. Shape Up to Music
This class offers participants high/low impact aerobic routines designed to achieve cardiovascular fitness. Work at your own pace through a warm-up, aerobics workout, body sculpting, floor exercises and cool-down stretching. Mats and hand-held weights are providedforuseintheclassroom. Opentomen and women. Power Vinyasa Yoga for
Everybody
In this class, you will be moving from one pose to the next, synchronizing your breathing to movements, which will help you increase strength, stamina and flexibility. Yoga is for everyone. There will be modifications for poses and movements shown.
