Body Rolling-Self Massage
Body Rolling empowers us to reconnect with our own bodies using balls and rollers to relieve muscular tension and discomfort. You will learn to use release techniques to decompress and relax your body from head to toe. Body Rolling encourages shortened muscles to release and adhesions between muscles to melt away, creating healthy space in the joints and increased performance as each muscle begins to work independently and at its optimal potential. It also results in deep relaxation, which can lead to increased energy levels during the day and better quality sleep at night.
