1. Rush service is available, purchase order must show exact in hands date required for event.
Liberty will select or recommend method of shipment. Liberty is not responsible for delays by
carrier.
2. Split shipments charge: $30 (G)
3. Drop shipment charge: $8.75 (G) per location. All shipments to be made at one time.
4. Insurance: All shipments will be insured at list prices unless requested not to in writing

5. Cancellation charges: $125 (G) per order plus cost of all artwork setups, screens, plates,
and materials started or completed.

6. Returns: All returns must be authorized b y Liberty in writing. Unauthorized returns will be
reshipped to the distributor. Charges for freight and handling will be billed. Note: claims must be
made within 20 days of receipt or merchandise is not returnable.
7. Setup charge: $43.75 (G) per back artwork. Submit vector artwork to assure quality
reproduction on cards. All artwork, type and photos must be supplied or the factory can supply at

Custom and alternative packaging available. Cards are packaged in standard master cartons, if less
than master carton quantities are requested, add $7.00 (G) per carton.
