Preface

We all use knots but do you use

them properly? There are many

knots to choose from and this book

will give you the choice you need to

do a proper job. Please start with

some of the more simple knots,

before going on to the more

complex knots. There is a great

logic to most of the knots we use

and careful attention to both the

photographs, the arrows in the

photographs and the text should

give you the ability to tie all these

knots. Do not expect to remember every knot from the first time you tie

it, this pocket book is here to remind you. The more you use a knot the

easier it will become. The art of tying good and proper knots is well worth

striving for.
