13.3 Changes in the Company's Shareholding Percentage in Subsidiaries in 2024
ACC Asset Management Co., Ltd.
According to the resolution of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary, meeting No. 1/2024, held on June 24, 2024, it was resolved to increase the registered capital by Baht 30 million and issue Baht 3 million additional ordinary shares at a value of Baht 10 per share.
On June 24, 2024, the subsidiary has paid Baht 7.5 million for the additional shares, which represents 25% of the increased registered capital.
