26. WARRANT
At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on April 30, 2024, shareholders resolved to approve the issuance and offering of warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the Company (ACC-W2) to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding. The amount does not exceed 447.68 million units at the rate of 3 existing common shares per 1 warrant The details are as follows:
