Laughter & Health

                                         It‟s true laughter is strong medicine. Experts of laughter therapy believe that it
                                         draws  people  together  in  ways  that  trigger  healthy  physical  and  emotional
                                         changes in the  body. Laughter relaxed the  whole  body. A good, hearty laugh
                                         relieves  physical  tension  and  stress.  When  we  laugh  our  stress  hormones
                                         decreases  and  immune  cells  and  infection  fighting  antibodies  increases.  This
                                         gives up greater strength to resist disease. Moreover, laughter helps us to protect
                                         against heart attacks and other cardiovascular problems by improving the function
                                         of blood vessels and increasing blood flow. Laughing for 10 to 15 minutes a day
                                         can burn 40 calorie. And laughter is perhaps the best anger management. A study
                                         in Norway found that people with a strong sense of humor outlived those who don‟t
                                         laugh as much. Humour helps us keep a positive, optimistic for outlook through
                                         different situations, disappointments and loss, with so much power to heal and
                                         renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for
                                         surmounting  problems,  enhancing  your  relationships,  and  supporting  both
                                         physical and emotional health. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free and
                                         easy to use.

                                                                       Importance of Sleep


                                             As we know that sleep plays an important role in our physical health. It helps to
                                         involved in healing and repair of our heart and blood vessel. Sleep makes our mind
                                         fresh and sleeping is a basic human need like eating, drinking and etc. Studies
                                         show good sleeping at night improves learning skills, lack of sleeping makes a
                                         young boy angry, sad feeling and etc.
                                             There are innumerable causes of lack of sleeping such that it make us sleepy
                                         feeling  all  day  and  we  cannot  concentrate  on  the  work  it  maake  us  angry,
                                         depressed sad feelings all day and our mind was not healthy this cause headache
                                         and our physical health is not good and pain in our body some other things happen
                                         when we not take a good sleep.
                                             To solve this problem we have to talk with students and aware about them how
                                         sleep is good for health and do not think so much because during sleep nightmare
                                         comes and frustate us and this impact on the healthy sleeping.
