2. You will see a list of all the documents signed with “title”, last modified, modified by, size,
sign summary, versions, latest and deleted icon.
3. Press “sign summary” to see all the details of the document like creation date, created by, a
unique transaction ID which is required for digital signatures.
4. Users can see names of the signing person, email ID, type of actions performed, date & time,
IP address of the signing person and last column is for “authentication” i.e. “verify” when
clicked verify option system will verify if this document is signed by Bizggro signing module
and it the transaction id is genuine.
