A definite budget allocation is considered

both from Fund 101 and Fund 164. Proper

and prompt utilization of library fund is

considered to support the various

programs and activities of the library.

Furthermore, a matrix of expenditures

supported with documents stating the

sources of funds be prepared for

transparency purposes.
