f. Supervision of Faculty Performance
The Department Chairs and the Dean monitor the class
performance and conduct regular observation of actual teaching. One (1)
announced and one (1) unannounced class observation is done per
semester. Before the end of every semester, all faculty members are
evaluated for their teaching effectiveness by the Department Chair/Dean
and students. From SY. 2018 to present, majority of the faculty obtained
Outstanding rating through the Paperless Student Evaluation for Teachers
(PSET).
