g. Incentive System for Faculty’s Outstanding Performance/ Achievement
Faculty with outstanding performance are given recognition/award and
incentive in the form of certificates, medals, plaques of appreciation and cash gifts.
Such achievements are also given points in the NBC 461.

E. Reasonable Budget

The university strongly supports professional growth of its faculty by
allocating adequate annual budget for faculty and staff development.
The General Appropriation Act 101 (GAA) Budget is allotted for
instruction and its support system. The funding support comes from the national
budget allotted for the university.
The Supplemental Budget (164) comes from collections of students’ tuition
fees. The University appropriated these accordingly to the different units of the
university which include instruction, research, and extension units.
