Pest control measures shall be implemented

regularly.

ACTIONS TAKEN

The college of nursing is communicating with the university’s

executive officer thru the offices for general services and
infrastructure every year usually during the inspection of the facility

and as needed to facilitate pest control measures in adherence with
the university guidelines on pest control.
