EXTENT OF COMPLIANCE TO RECOMMENDATIONS

(1) RECOMMENDATION

The Administration shall regularly check safety

equipment/ materials to ensure that all are serviceable

in times of need.

ACTIONS TAKEN

The administration is regularly checking safety

equipment/materials communicated and reiterated thru
memoranda at least every year and as needed. In particular,

before fire extinguishers expire, they are coordinated with

concerned offices of the university and local government

agencies like BFP.
