Strengths

1. One hundred percent (100%) of the permanent faculty

have a master’s degree. Thirty percent (30%) have ongoing

studies for Ph.D. Nursing.

2. The faculty demonstrate knowledge and skills in their field

of expertise.

3. The teaching workload of permanent faculty is equitable

and within the bounds of the existing guidelines.

4. One hundred percent (100%) of the permanent faculty

have produced instructional materials such as modules.

5. An incentive of 15-day service credit is given to the faculty

who can produce instructional material, and all of the

permanent faculty of the College of Nursing are recipients of

such incentives.
