VII. Well-documented
All curricular and instructional activities of the college are properly documented.
Documents on curriculum enriching activities, development of instructional materials
such as course syllabi, teacher-made lessons/modules, Powerpoint presentations,
class-room assessment, reports, technical papers, proceeding, communications, and
certificates of participation to seminar, trainings, and workshops are kept in the
accreditation room of the College of Nursing. Certificates of
appreciation/recognition, plaques and other certificates accorded to faculty who
served as resource speakers, coordinators, technical panel members, consultants, etc. are
properly kept and filed. Inventory of materials, memorandum receipts, pictorials, and
other materials that served as evidences in instruction and curriculum enhancement of
the college are properly filed.
