Area VI:

EXTENSION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

ACTIONS TAKEN:

All the necessary documents were provided and

presented to show that all the implemented extension
programs of the ISU-E College of Nursing were properly

monitored.

The sustainability of the programs were evaluated

through the communication between the Extension
Coordinator and the Barangay Health Workers, as well

the Rural Health Unit.
