The 1+1>2 Park’s Facility

As the city residents become increasingly positive in taking part in the discussion of public space, people
start to recognize their own need in the public space. As a result, the park users can converse with the
public sectors and the designers rationally little by little. By such way, they can express their opinions of
how to enhance the public space. The parents change their position in order to fight for the children’s
right for “play”—as soon as the old facilities are replaced by the new ones in the park, a huge number
of users come right away. This is the best case that demonstrates enhancing space quality through
“communication”.
