Its geological structures is
Miocene sedimentary strata. Its
forest physiognomy is mainly
composed of mature forest species
and pioneer forest species, and
the plant ecological landscape is
quite rich.

Erge Mountain Group
(Shijianshan)
Located at the junction of Wenshan District of Taipei
City and Shiding District of New Taipei City, it is one of
Taiwan's “a hundred selected scenic mountains”. The plant
ecological phase is characterized by the subtropical rainforest
ecosystem.
