Fight Between Motorcycle Gangs Leaves Woman Dead
Charged In Boarding
House Murder
What began as a fight be- tween two motorcycle club members early Friday ended in a fatal shooting. The inci- dent took place on I-4 near Davenport.
Deputies responded to what was initially reported as a single vehicle accident shortly after midnight around 12:15 a.m., Friday. When they arrived, they located a motor- cycle crash on I-4 eastbound near the U. S. 27 overpass.
A 33-year-old woman from Brevard County, (a passenger sitting behind the driver) was injured. The driver of the mo- torcycle, a 38-year-old man also from Brevard County, was not injured.
The woman’s injuries were consistent with falling off the motorcycle and a gunshot wound. She was transported to the hospital. She later died as a result of her injuries.

He further said Deciples member Ronald Donovan, 38, of Cocoa fired a gun at a Thug Riders member, who fired back toward Donovan.
According to Sheriff Judd, the bullet struck Donovan’s passenger in the head just above the ear, caus- ing her to fall off of the motor- cycle.
He continued saying the investigation found that the Thug Riders victim was acting in self-defense when he re- turned fire.
Donovan has been ar- rested and charged with sec- ond degree felony murder (for Donovan’s female passen- ger’s death); attempted first- degree murder (for attempting to shoot the other motorcy- clist); possession of a firearm by convicted felon; tampering with evidence; 2 counts of re- sisting with violence; and 2 counts of battery on LEO.
Detectives have identified and arrested a man linked to a deadly shooting. The incident was reported around 4:17 a.m., Saturday morning. The boarding house is occupied by several people.
According to the Tampa Police Department, a resident at the boarding home, located in the 9400 block of N. 46th Street, called 9-1-1. When offi- cers arrived, they discovered the victim in the back of the house.
He was suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso. The victim was con- scious when police arrived.
Tampa Fire Rescue trans- ported the victim to a local hospital, where he later died as a result of his injuries.
Detectives have identified a suspect and obtained a war- rant for his arrest. He has been identified as 48-year-old Rhine Anthony Dunbar. Dunbar was arrested on Monday and charged with sec-

ond-degree murder. His bond was set at $100,000.
Police had a description of the suspect involved in the shooting. Detectives devel- oped leads that led to Dun- bar’s whereabouts in Temple Terrace.
On Monday afternoon, members of the Task Force re- sponded to an address on Car- dinal Dr. Dunbar was in the residence, and was taken into custody without in- cident.

Ybor City Shooting Leaves Two Injured
Man Charged With ‘Orange Grove Murder’
Detectives with the Tampa Police Department are investi- gating a shooting that took place in Ybor City. It took place at approximately 2:49 a.m., Saturday.
Officers on patrol heard several gunshots ring out near the intersection of Angel Oliva St (14th Street) and E. 8th Av- enue.
Officers in the immediate area responded. When they ar- rived, police learned two groups were involved in a ver- bal altercation that resulted in an exchange of gunfire.
An adult man and an adult
woman were reportedly in- volved in the dispute. Both were injured and sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of the shooting.
Police said it does not ap- pear to be a random act. Sev- eral subjects from one group were immediately detained and identified, and officers are actively attempting to identify and locate subjects from the opposing group.

A Lakes Wales man has been charged with killing an- other man and leaving his body in an orange grove. The murder took place on Septem- ber 14th in Polk County.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, on September 14th, at around 2:00 p.m., grove workers called police after finding the body of 21-year-old Tyrell Bell, of Kissimmee, in a grove near Lewis Griffith Road and Grove Road 3 in unincorpo- rated Lake Wales. Bell had been shot.
As the investigation con- tinued, police arrested 21- year-old Javorice Tramel, of Lake Wales, and charged him with burglary, theft of Bell’s vehicle, and violation of probation. Last Friday, detec- tives charged Tramel with Bell’s murder.
The investigation revealed that Tramel communicated with Bell through phone calls, text messages, and social media.

arranged to meet at Tramel’s house in Lake Wales. Bell ar- rived at around 12:48 a.m. on September 14, 2021. Some- time later, between 1:00 a.m. and 1:16 a.m., Tramel is al- leged to have fatally shot Bell twice in the head in the orange grove in the area of Grove Rd 3 and Lewis Griffin Rd., Lake Wales.
Bell’s vehicle was later found by deputies that evening around 11:15 p.m., at the QP Gas Station, 704 N. Scenic Highway, in Lake Wales. Witnesses, along with supporting evidence found in the vehicle, revealed that Tramel drove Bell’s vehi-
cle to a number of locations, including to the store after murdering Bell early Tuesday morning.
Tramel fled from the QP Gas Station on foot to evade capture by law enforcement. On September 22, Tramel was located and arrested in Frostproof.
Tramel has been charged with first-degree murder and use of a 2-way device to commit a felony. Tramel had just been released from prison on August 12, 2021 and was on probation for burglary of an occupied vehicle.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said, “A young man who had his whole life ahead of him was brutally murdered by a violent con- victed felon who was recently released from prison. I com- mend our detectives for their diligent work on this case and helping bring justice to Tyrell Bell’s family. It is our hope that this violent criminal re- mains behind bars for the rest of his life.
