Jaguars' Foles Breaks Clavicle, Out Indefinitely
NICK FOLES
Quarterback Nick Foles' debut for the Jacksonville Jaguars lasted less than a quarter.
Foles suffered a broken left clavicle when Chiefs de- fensive tackle Chris Jones drove him into the ground after Foles released the ball on a 35-yard touchdown pass to DJ Chark. He left the side- line for X-rays and was ruled out of the game shortly after.
He will have surgery on Monday and there is no timetable for his return. It is the same clavicle Foles frac- tured while playing with the Eagles in 2014, after he was sacked in a game against the Texans.
Vinatieri's 'Lousy' Day Costs Colts, Brissett Victory
ADAM VINATIERI
A horrific kicking perform- ance by Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri took away what should have been a Week 1 victory for Jacoby Brissett as the replacement for Andrew Luck at quarter- back.
Vinatieri, the NFL's all- time leading scorer, missed three kicks -- an extra point and two field goals -- in the Colts' 30-24 overtime loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.

  'Extremely Filled
With Gratitude'
New England Patriots re- ceiver Josh Gordon says he is now in a better place after serving an eight-month sus- pension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse pol- icy.
In his first public remarks since being suspended in De- cember and then reinstated in August, Gordon struck an effusively upbeat tone Sunday night.
"I'm doing very well. I'm extremely filled with grati- tude every day, just enjoying myself," he said after the Pa- triots' 33-3 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers at

  Brady, Patriots Will Be
Unstoppable If Antonio
Brown Doesn't Stop Them
Tom Brady came out fists flying to Jay-Z's "Public Service Announcement" in the pregame, but also took time to share a hug and a neighborly chat with the ref- eree, Clete Blakeman. Brady likely has more in common with the middle-age ref than his youngest team- mates, and for good reason: It seems like he has been under center for the entire 100-year history of the league.
The New England Patriots unveiled their sixth Super Bowl championship banner Sunday night, and then the 42-year-old Brady did what Brady always does in a 33-3 beatdown of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He threw for three touchdowns and 341 inter- ception-free yards. He threw the long ball with the eager- ness of a man half his age. He beat a defense that included Pittsburgh's first-round pick, Devin Bush, a lifetime after beating a Cleveland defense that included Bush's father during New England's first title season in 2001.
ANTONIO BROWN
"It was a personal conver- sation with RKK," Brady whined about the owner, drawing a laugh from his postgame audience. "I've got to reevaluate.
"Thanks to Brady's con- tinued Benjamin Button act, Antonio Brown's new team beat Antonio Brown's old team without Antonio Brown on the field after NBC's Al Michaels re- ported the quarterback told his owner, Robert Kraft, he was a hundred percent be- hind the AB deal before up- grading it to a thousand percent and then a million percent.
