Retiring School Board Members Attend Last Meeting
Retiring School Board Members Doretha Edgecomb and Carol Kurdell attended their final School Board meeting November 1, 2016. Both received standing ovations after their final speeches to those in at- tendance. Both also received a bouquet of flowers.
Ms. Kurdell has held the countywide seat in District 7 since 1992, and Ms. Edgecomb has served Dis- trict 5 since 2004. (Photographs by Julia Jackson)

First Family Reunion Held In Tampa Palms
