Newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Grover (Myesha) Cusseaux, Jr.
Mr. Grover C. Cusseaux, Jr., the sole son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Grover (Freddie Jean) Cusseaux, Sr., wanted to honor his mother’s wishes of getting married, and he de- cided to do it on Mother’s Day weekend in her honor!
On Saturday, May 8, 2021, as the sun ushered under the clouds, on the sprawling out- side estate of the Seminole Heights Garden Center, made the perfect setting for the ex- change of nuptials for the beautiful bride, Ms. Myesha D. Daniels to Mr. Grover C. Cusseaux, Jr.
Due to COVID-19 restric- tions, the intimate setting was limited to close family and friends. Guests looking to the east were enchanted witnesses as the bride’s entrance from Central Avenue, existing a white Rolls Royce in her white satin and French Chantilly lace wedding gown, to the music of Johnny Gill’s “You for Me,” escorted by her fa- ther, Mr. Carlton K. Daniels, Sr.
Once the bride’s long stroll concluded, the bride’s maid of honor, Ms. Natieka Myles entered with a beautiful purple gown, followed by the bride’s mother, Mrs. Vernell Daniels, three adoring flower girls, Journi Reid, Sarene Daniels, and Sheveah Daniels, and god-daughter, Ja’miya Baker all beautifully dressed in the wedding cues of purple, lavender and white.
Anxiously awaiting at the wedding arch was the groom, Mr. Grover Cusseaux, Jr., best men, Mr. Reggie Tal- ley, and Leon Stokes. The wedding officiant was Rev. Allen Cusseaux, Sr. And as a proud father, Mr. Cusseaux was joined by his daughters, Shirquila,
Frank and Marlese Zemola, the new Mr. and Mrs. Cusseaux and Sherryl and Rev. Allen Cusseaux.
Keena, Angeline, Porcia, and goddaughter, Charese Nelson, all of whom partici- pated in his nuptials.
After the wedding vows were exchanged, a special can- dle was lit in honor of his mother, Mrs. Freddie Jean Cusseaux!
Following the nuptials of Mr. and Mrs. Cusseaux, Jr., the guests retreated in- doors of the Seminole Garden Center with a private recep- tion.
The newly remodeled venue was elegantly designed by Alanah Cusseaux Oliver and Co., and the beautiful florals by Bows by Gwen. The scrumptious soul food cuisine was catered by Eve’s Catering. The melodious song
