Star Wars:
The Force Awakens Advance Ticket Sales Staggering
Star Wars
More moviegoers are lining up to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens than the film has Stormtroopers. MovieTick- ets.com says its advanced tick- ets purchased for Star Wars: The Force Awakens currently accounts for 91% of all sales on the site during the past 24 hours and Monday’s sales were three times the entire site total from last Friday.
The J.J. Abrams directed film is also Fandango’s top ad- vance ticket-seller as they re- port it has obliterated all records, outselling all previous titles in the company’s 15-year history at the same point in the Fandango sales cycle. It ac- counts for 90% of sales. It must be noted that there is some cross-over between Fandango and MovieTickets.com, but nonetheless, The Force Awak- ens is on a stellar trajectory.
The Force Awakens opens Friday.
Chris Brown Drops 3rd Video ‘Back To Sleep’ Ahead Of December 18th Album
Chris Brown will drop album ‘Royalty’ named after his daughter on December 18.
With the release of his album Royalty just days away (Decem- ber 18), Chris Brown droped the video for “Back To Sleep,” a continuation of the series of videos for his previous singles “Liquor” and “Zero,” then “Fine By Me.”
After being drugged at the bar, taking over a convenience store in impromptu dance, then fight- ing futuristic ninjas in the previ- ous clips, it’s been one hectic night for Chris! However in this clip, Chris’ eventful night takes a turn down as he calls his boo for a night of lovin’.
Brown just completed his 3- show “Royalty Live” series which hit Chicago on December 13. He’ll perform in San Fran- cisco at The Masonic on Decem- ber 16th, and L.A. at the Hollywood Palladium on the day of its release Dec. 18th.
As The Force Awakens, So Does John Boyega's Fame
Bill Cosby is going after seven women who have ac- cused him of sexual assault, suing them for defamation of character and demanding re- tractions. The suit, filed Mon- day, asserts that Cosby never drugged nor sexually assaulted the defendants.
According to CNN, the suit has been filed against Massa- chusetts accusers Tamara Green, Therese Serignese, Linda Traitz, Louisa Moritz, Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis and Angela Leslie.
Cosby's attorney, Monique Pressley, said the women published false state- ments and accusations. Pressley added that their al- legations have caused Cosby
job loss and "mortification." The seven women cited in the lawsuit are involved in their own defamation lawsuit against Cosby. A Massachu- setts judge in October refused to throw out their suit against

the comedian.
"This was expected," says at-
torney Joseph Cammarata, who represents the women. "It's a page out of a defense lawyer's playbook. It's curious to me how there can be scores of other ladies who have come out, and yet Mr. Cosby has sin- gled out seven of them to bring a claim against. It's seems a bit retaliatory to me."
Here lies John Boyega's Anonymity, 1992-2015.
With "The Force Awakens" opening in theaters on Thurs- day night, the "Star Wars" actor has, at most, 72 hours to relish the possibility that large crowds might not maul him the instant he steps outside. By this weekend, the few bets that re- main are off.
Boyega and his co-star Daisy Ridley, both 23, are the faces of a new generation of "Star Wars" heroes. After months of magazine covers and television appearances, anyone who doesn't already know their names soon will. And those who have pored over every ounce of minutiae since the first teaser premiered last No- vember have only a handful of blissful days to hold onto their unsullied anticipation.
Assuming "The Force Awak- ens" delivers on J.J. Abrams' promise, the slow decline of Boyega's public anonymity is ideal for the star of what could become the highest-grossing -- and most scrutinized -- movie of all time. He was at a store in London shortly after the Inter- net exploded in enthusiasm over the first teaser, in which a frenzied Boyega, dressed in a Storm trooper suit sans helmet, is the first person to appear. He

overheard two women in front of him in line "having a really intense debate" about whether the movie would be good. Boyega deliberated over whether to clear his throat to catch their attention. He de- cided to do it.
"I literally was just like, 'So funny you guys say that," Boyega recalled. "And they were like, 'What?' They didn’t know who I was! I literally just walked away because it was very embarrassing."
A year later, Boyega is af- forded far less obscurity for his role as Finn, a reformed Storm trooper who doubles as the Luke Skywalker of "The Force Awakens." (Or at least the Luke Skywalker arche- type.
