RAY WILLIAMS
MR. STEVIE SHANGO GADSDEN
A memorial service cele- brating the life of Mr. Stevie Shango Gadsden, who passed away on December 13, 2015, will be held Satur- day, December 19, 2015, at 3 p. m. at True Holiness Church, 3800 N. Nebraska Ave., Tampa, with Minister Alto Blanding, officiating.
Stevie was born August 30, 1978 to father, Stevie Gadsden, and mother, Vern- delle Gadsden.
Stevie was a graduate of Hillsborough High School, and was an employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield and also AT&T at the time of his death.
Stevie had many friends and will be missed by many.
He loved to dress sharp and drive sporty cars.
He was a family man and took good care of his daugh- ter, China.
He always made his mother proud and she calls him her “special child.”
Shango, as he was affec- tionately called, was told by his father-in-law that he was proud when Shango asked for his daughter’s hand in marriage.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Robert Lee Thomas and Jacob Gads- den.
Stevie leaves cherished memories with: his daugh- ter, China Gadsden, and her mother, Marlene Gadsden; parents, Stevie and Vern- delle Gadsden; 2 sisters, Ketinna Gadsden Briscoe and husband, Patrick, and Tameka Gadsden Pierce and husband, Kevin; brother, Steven Sharod Gadsden; grandparents, Ethelyn and Charlie Davis of Hartford, CT, and Althea Gadsden, Ocala, FL; a host of other family and friends; and a special friend, Latoya M. Tenner and daughter, Leylah M. Tenner.

Homegoing services for Mr. Anthony Magwood, will be held Saturday, December 19,at11a.m.atNew Progress M. B. Church, 3307 E. Shadowlawn Ave., Tampa, with Minister Lorenzo Mag- wood, officiating. Interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Anthony, lovingly known as Tony, passed away Decem- ber 9, 2015. He was born March 5, 1951 in Walterboro, SC, to the late Newman Mag- wood and Ruth Magwood.
He later relocated to Tampa. Tony graduated from Middleton Senior High School in 1969. Tony was a member of Revealing Truth Ministries.
Tony was preceded in death by: his father, Newman Magwood; brother, Ronald Magwood; and grandpar- ents, Garrett and Maude Chisolm.
He leaves to cherish his memories: 3 sons, Lorenzo Magwood and wife, Zahra, Antonio Kennedy and Andre Magwood; daughter, Anthoi- nee Magwood; 14 grandchil- dren and 3 great grandchildren; his cherished a devoted mother, Ruth Mag- wood; 3 sisters, Vernette Ellis, Sandra Magwood, and Linda Ray and husband, Lawrence; 3 brothers, Jerome Magwood, Henry Robinson, and Melvin Mag- wood and wife, Tracey; a host of devoted nieces, nephews and cousins; a de- voted aunt, Alvertis Williams; special friend, Stephanie; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held Fri- day, December 18, 2015, from 6-8 p. m. at New Progress M. B. Church. The family will receive friends at 7 p. m. at the church.
The processional will arrange at 10:45 a. m. on Sat- urday.

Homegoing celebration for Mr. Eddie Hill Horace, Jr., a.k.a., Money of Tampa, who passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015, will be held Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Jackson Funeral Home, 4605 N. 34th Street, Tampa, at 12 p. m. A local minister will officiate.
Eddie Hill Horace, Jr. was born on February 23, 1969 in Clewiston, FL, to Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Hill Horace, Sr. (Helen). He moved to Tampa in 1983, at the age of 13, and attended the public schools in Hillsborough County and graduated from King High School.
He was preceded in death by his father; Eddie Hill Horace, Sr.
Eddie leaves to cherish his precious memories: child- ren, Brandon Horace, Mariah Horace, Zaria Horace and Jayden Horace; step- children, Jasmine and Aloyal Williams; mother, Helen Ho- race; fiancée and best friend, Elita Rolex; sisters, Redina Horace, Olivia Horace, and Michelle Horace; and broth- ers, Eufestus Horace and Ed- ward Horace.
Special acknowledgement to his brothers and family at the Community Recreation Center on North 22nd Street.

Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Clara Pearl Wilson of Tampa, who passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015, will be held Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 2 p. m. at Northside Missionary Bap- tist Church, 5706 N. 40th Street, Rev. Ricardo Robin- son, pastor, with Pastor Cole, officiating.
Clara Pearl was born Sep- tember 18, 1927, in Dothan, Alabama, to the late Miriam Peacock and Alma Young.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Zeb Wilson; sons, Jerome, Ivory and Charlie; siblings, Juanita, Jenelle, Annette and Lyn- wood Patmon; and 4 nieces, Sheila, Peggy, Patricia and Valerie.
Clara was deeply loved by her family and leaves to mourn: her devoted chil- dren, Robert Earl and friend, Shaun, Zeb and wife, Sylvia, Raymond and wife, Lillie, Or- lando, James, Louise and husband, Greg, Teresa and Rutha Bell; grandchildren, Robert, Latisha, Doc, Juanita, Tykidra, Lakesha, Ashley, Ivory, Sonja, Tramell, Abonta, Tasha, Robert Earl, Jr., Dasha, Samantha, Karen, Willie, Ivory, Charlie, Jr., Laqueen, Raymond, Sabrina, Santell, Tina, Felecia, Kim, Sabrina, Donald, Tamelia, James, Candy, Greg, Michael Kirk- land of Dallas, TX, Rodney Robertson of Dallas, TX, and Robert Robertson of Linden, NJ; and nieces and nephews, Lois, Almetta, Gail, Debra, Renee, Brenda, Louise, Na- talie, Carolyn, Cassandra, Abdul Latif, Adell, Todd, Leroy, Edward, Claude, Ray- mond and Ronnie.

Miss Zakelia Denise Battle of Valrico, passed away on December 5, 2015.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, De- cember 19, 2015, at 11 a. m. at 34th Street Church of God, 3000 N. 34th Street, with Reverend Thomas Scott, pas- tor, officiating. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Miss Zakelia “Zee” Battle was a native and lifelong res- ident of Tampa. She attended the public schools of Hills- borough County and was a graduate of Durant High School.
She was employed as a food service attendant by HMS Host at Tampa Interna- tional Airport.
She was preceded in death by: grandparents, Marjorie Henry, Dennis Henry, Bar- bara Bell and Willie C. Battle; brother, James Dowling; sis- ter, Carlette Battle; uncles, John Bell and Jimmie An- thony; and aunt, Irene Floyd.

On December 18th, Ms. Jackson would have cele- brated her birthday, but God had other plans and took her home.
