LOS ANGELES — T. I. and his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris, lost a round in court when a judge ruled a woman can move forward with her lawsuit alleging defamation and other claims against the hip hop couple as well as a hairstylist.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Sotelo on last Tuesday denied anti-SLAPP motions brought by the Har- rises and Shekina Jones Anderson. The state's anti- SLAPP — Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation — law is intended to prevent people from using courts, and potential threats of a lawsuit, to intimidate those who are exercising their First Amend- ment rights.
The judge found that Sab- rina Peterson had shown a "probability of prevailing" on her claims against the couple and Anderson for not only defamation, but also for inva- sion of privacy, intentional

Lil Mo is admittedly still bothered by the “dusty bitches” comments Fat Joe made during the Ja Rule Verzuz on Tuesday night (September 14).
After demanding an apol- ogy from the Terror Squad vet on Instagram (and getting one), she wound up talking to TMZ about the situation. Dur- ing the conversation, she ad- mitted when Fat Joe said, “You had to go to the crack house to find them bitches,” it brought up memories of her
past struggles with opioid abuse.
“Everyone may have seen me speak up recently on being clean from opioid addiction,” she says in the clip. “So say- ing, ‘Those are the kind of bitches you get from the crack house,’ it’s like, ‘Whoa.’ We’ve seen the recent deaths from people overdosing and stuff — from the DMXs to Michael K. Williams. Like, we not gonna play those type of games ’cause you don’t know what anybody’s dealing with.
and negligent interference with prospective economic advantage and both inten- tional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
Peterson filed suit on March 1. In a January Insta- gram post, Peterson accused the 40-year-old T .I., whose real name is Clifford Har- ris, of putting a gun to her head. She also shared state- ments from over 30 women who claimed they had al-
legedly been drugged or forced into sex by the Har- rises.
The Harrises denied the gun accusation in an official statement and both issued re- sponses on Instagram as well. Tameka Harris posted a photo of Peterson's 8-year- old son and told Peterson to stop harassing her family and seek help, while T. I. posted an eight-minute video deny- ing the allegations.
